How I work

I place my focus on respecting my clients' vision. Every event is different, so I always start by listening. For events where you want a high level of control, weddings especially, I place a lot of effort beforehand to gather requirements and tracklists in preparation. For events where you'd rather not sit in that level of detail, I find alignment on the big picture fast and handle the curation myself.

A lot of what I play doesn't come from algorithmic suggestions. I'm a deep music enthusiast, and I spend a lot of my time at community events, cultural celebrations, and underground shows finding tracks that haven't topped the charts yet. Over the years, that's taken me across different spaces, cultures, and continents, and I've learned something from all of it. That searching and curating is a cornerstone of my process, and it's a big part of the value you get when you hire me for my taste.

On the night, I find creative ways to seamlessly move between genres based on what's actually happening on the floor. I read the room and adjust in real time.

I believe in the power of music to uplift and bring people together. That's a big part of why I do this, and it's what I'm working towards every time I'm behind the booth.
